Lol. Yeah. I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes and only 1 of 5 in line moved up. I left. Sometimes good service. Sometimes not worth the wait

New interior : looks a lot nicer inside with new floors,seating , paint and lighting.

Me and the wife driving to Massanutten was looking for a place to find some fast food and stumbled across this KFC. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and we were able to acquire our food in a timely manner and get back on the road to enjoy our anniversary weekend.

As always yummy chicken.

This KFC is super clean and speedy. The food is hot and fresh and the staff is friendly.

Food was very dry tonight wasn't happy with that at all. Had my hopes up for the food than couldnt eat was nasty. Staff was friendly they are willing to work with you if you call in and let them know issue.

Fast, friendly service. Food was served hot and fresh. Some of the tables were in need of cleaning though. Slow Wi-Fi service.

Stopped here to get some fast food for my daughter. The truck in front of us left the drive thru since it was taking too long. We were at KFC in the drive thru for 10 minutes and it was only 3 cars in front of us when we arrived, not including the truck that left the drive thru line after ordering. My daughter enjoyed her food.

Food and order was good but be smart and check your bag for napkins and fork before you drive away unlike me.

I've been on the drive through line for the past 25 minutes, and there is still a car ahead of me....REALLY??? Not exactly "fast" food at all. I could have cooked an entire chicken myself by now. Next time I will. This was a royal waste of time.

The service was great and there was bake beans the people was friendly and made no mistakes we will go back there again and again

The staff's performance as far as customer service was exemplary.The drink I chose was broken, but my order taker filled it behind the counter.There was an error regarding my son's choice of a side. I had the receipt verifying was ordered vs. delivered, but I didn't even have to show it to them.While the issues could be complained about by some, the fact they addressed and resolved them so well outshadows such.My father owned a chain of restaraunts... The key isn't how things go while working as planned. The key is how issues are addressed when problems arise.So, yes. Five stars.

Food is ok. Upset they changed to regular fries from the wedges. As well as i wish kfc would bring back the twister wrap to give somewhat of a healthier option.

Their prices are fair but they got me hooked on mashed potatoes corn and chicken with gravy

I don't know how people eat at Kfc. I used to go to Kfc every once in a while but it's been a long time. I got the 3 tender basket Nashville hot. Not spicy just soaked in grease and oil just terrible. Not satisfied with the meal the wife's food looked the same. I don't think I will ever go to eat at another Kfc in my life they is so much better food out there with less calories.

Every time it never fails our order is wrong eatting in or out its always something missing. So make sure to check every time. If my family liked Popeyes I'd definitely stop going to this kfc. The only reason I give them 2 stars is because they usually make it right if you call in and tell them but sometimes their even rude about that too.

Chicken was drenched in oil, the grease went through the box and had a puddle of oil at the bottom of the bag. Disgusting. Last time i ever go here.

Great food,but today was VERY slow !!

The chicken was greasy and old. The biscuits were not fresh.

Tried to special order and was told at 1:30 in thr afternoon that I couldn’t sub out my wings but yet I could order legs on grub hub. They lied flat out because they didn’t want to hold line up,

Grubhub says open until 10pm, stores hours in the door say 10pm, and drive through says 10pm. When I called they guy on the phone said “yeah, they just never got around to changing it. We close at 9 during the week.” I asked why & he replied, “I have no control over it; the owners never changed the posted hours.” He also stated he had no idea how to contact the owners. So much for my PAID $40 grubhub order. Oh well, now off to Popeyes.

Asked for org. Legs for kids come back with we only have 3 do u want grilled or extra crispy i said grilled come back only got 2 what else do uwant i took a crispy. Rude attitude 4 people standing up front talking i think someone should have been cooking chicken.

Gave me wrong order, when I went back to get my correct meal the manager (An old white lady with glasses) told me there was “Nothing she could do about it”. Wrong. She made a CHOICE to do nothing about it. Very rude, should not be in customer service.

Took almost an hour to get the food, the worst part was no one would answer the phone when I tried calling 8 times over a 2 hour period, it was a larger order so this would have made things much easier. Excellent food but the service definitely needs a tune up.

The very Best KFC I have ever been to. And everytime I stop there it's always clean, the cleanest KFC I have been to.

No masks. Not one employee had a mask on. They didn't even have gloves. Food is always great and fresh. It's just the no mask thing bothers me

What can I say..... The Colonel comes through at dinner time. Original recipe chicken that you crave fortnightly. Its some good stuff. It's almost like its laced with crack and we are all addicted. Seriously though, always good chicken and now larger and tastier sides make it a good meal.

l think kfc should add another drive thru on the other side of the building n keep the dining room closed for good during this shut down the food there has been awesome omg can t believe it it freasher n hotter n they gave me my whole order I was surprised ....Just my thought

Love kfc. Went this morning when they first opened at 10. My husband go the original chicken sandwich combo and I got the original kfc bowl. Chcicken was delicious and hot the bowl is big enough for 2. Thanks Kfc for a great lunch!!

I love Popeye's Chicken original

11:45 am had no chicken of any kind cooked and said it would be 10 to 15 minutes and they could cook some. When you are on a limited amount of time and a place opens at 11 am to serve food they better have it ready to go, you never tell a customer oh we don't have any of that fixed yet.
